Title: Corn Stuffed Pork Chops

6 Pork chops,1 to 2-inch thick
7ozCan whole kernel corn; not drained
1cSoft bread crumbs
1tbInstant minced onion
2tbMinced green pepper
1ts;salt
1/2tsSage

Have butcher cut a pocket or use a sharp knife to cut a horizontal slit in side of each chop, forming a pocket. Mix undrained corn, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and sage. Spoon mixture into slits. Close slits with small skewers or toothpicks. Place on metal rack or trivet in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Especially good with fruit salad and lemon-buttered broccoli.
